Salcedo, known nationally for his no-nonsense commentary on Newsmax and “The Chris Salcedo Show,” will stand shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the most outspoken pro-gun voices in America—including Sara Gonzales and Alex Stein of Blaze Media, and none other than Brandon Herrera, aka The AK Guy, who recently announced a second run for Congress against Rep. Tony Gonzales (R-TX).
A Lineup of Second Amendment All-Stars
The Texas Gun Rights Clay Shoot—presented by Patriot Mobile—has quickly become one of the most anticipated pro-gun grassroots events in the state.
With media personalities, YouTubers, elected officials, and everyday gun owners in attendance, the shoot isn’t just about competition. It’s about community, culture, and commitment to restoring and defending the right to keep and bear arms in Texas and beyond.
This year’s event will feature:
- Brandon Herrera, YouTube’s AK-building gunsmith turned political disruptor
- Chris Salcedo, fearless voice for freedom and host on Newsmax
- Sara Gonzales, Blaze TV host and Second Amendment advocate
- Alex Stein, Blaze TV’s resident provocateur and cultural critic
- And Texas Gun Rights President Chris McNutt, who led the fight for Constitutional Carry and has become a fixture of no-compromise advocacy across the Lone Star State
More Than Just Clay Targets
The event kicks off with a VIP reception on Friday, September 12th, where sponsors and supporters will mingle with conservative media stars and elected officials. The Clay Shoot itself runs from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, featuring shooting lanes, catered lunch, a silent auction, prizes, and giveaways.
As McNutt put it:
“This isn’t just a day at the range. It’s a declaration that Texans won’t back down in the fight to preserve the Second Amendment. Having patriots like Chris Salcedo, Sara Gonzales, and Brandon Herrera join us sends a powerful message: our rights are worth defending—and we’re doing it together.”
A Target on Tyranny
