Bloomberg’s Everytown Launches $10 Million Bid to Stack AG Offices With Anti-Gun Democrats

Weatherford, TX — Michael Bloomberg’s gun control machine is on the move again—and this time, it’s not targeting Congress.

Everytown for Gun Safety just announced a staggering $10 million investment to install anti-gun Democrat Attorneys General across the country.

The goal? To wage war on President Donald Trump’s pro-Second Amendment agenda from inside state-level legal offices.

According to The New York Times, Everytown’s so-called “Rule of Law Fund” will prioritize states like Virginia, Arizona, Georgia, Minnesota, Nevada, and Wisconsin—but don’t be surprised if Texas becomes a high-value target too.

With Attorney General Ken Paxton announcing his run for U.S. Senate against anti-gun incumbent John Cornyn, the AG seat in Texas is suddenly wide open—setting the stage for what could be one of the most competitive, high-stakes races in the country.

Bloomberg’s Everytown could very well see this as an opportunity to flip the Texas Attorney General’s office blue, and with it, put a key obstacle in the way of any meaningful challenge to Biden-era federal gun control.

Everytown president John Feinblatt made their intentions crystal clear: “Attorneys General have been steadfast partners when it comes to holding the gun industry accountable… When laws are considered optional, public safety is at risk — and that’s why Everytown is making sure Attorneys General know we have their back.”

Translation? If you support the Constitution, they’re coming for you.

And let’s not pretend this is about “public safety.” This is about protecting Bloomberg’s gun control agenda from being dismantled by a reinvigorated DOJ under Attorney General Pam Bondi, a reformed ATF, and a Second Amendment-friendly White House.

The Biden administration spent four years weaponizing these agencies against gun owners—and now that Trump is back in the Oval Office, Bloomberg’s trying to lock in resistance at the state level.

Everytown’s $10 million blitz is not just an attack on Trump—it’s an attack on YOU, the law-abiding gun owner.

They want AGs who will refuse to challenge unconstitutional rules like the pistol brace ban, the “engaged in business” rule, and the frame-and-receiver crackdown on homemade firearms.

Make no mistake: This is lawfare aimed at preserving federal overreach.

Gun owners in Texas and across the nation should be on high alert. The fight to restore gun rights isn’t just happening in Washington—it’s about to hit your state capitol, your courtroom, and your ballot box.

Texas Gun Rights is urging all gun owners to remain vigilant and get involved—because if Bloomberg succeeds in flipping even a few key AG offices, the Second Amendment could be under siege like never before.
