Constitutional Carry is moving in Texas!
**UPDATE MARCH 5, 2021**
I’ve got great news, so please allow me to get straight to the point.
NAGR-backed Constitutional Carry House Bill 1238 was referred to the House Homeland Security and Public Safety Committee yesterday!
Unlike in previous years, this committee looks very promising to pass the bill out of committee and to the House floor for a vote.
So if you haven’t already, please read the legislative alert below from Texas Gun Rights and sign your Constitutional Carry petition to your lawmakers right away!
