The expansion of this database is no coincidence. Many experts, including Texas Gun Rights, have raised alarm over the ATF’s potential to use these records to create a door-to-door confiscation list. This move has been called out as not only an unconstitutional violation of the Second Amendment, but a direct assault on the privacy and liberties of every American.

The No REGISTRY Rights Act offers a common-sense solution to this growing crisis by demanding the following critical actions:

• Immediate deletion of all firearm transaction records stored by the ATF, effectively dismantling the dangerous OBRIS database.
• Allowing FFLs to destroy transaction records when they go out of business, halting the further accumulation of gun owner data by the government.
